Lanvin offers a complimentary return service within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. We strive to ensure your online shopping experience is as refined and seamless as our collections.

Return Process

  Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return invoice is included and the pre-paid shipping label is affixed to the exterior.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience, or drop off your package at an authorized shipping point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier verifies the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
